Overview
Alistair is an experienced leadership advisor, executive coach and strategy facilitator specialising in decision quality, organisational effectiveness and leadership performance. He has more than a decade of experience supporting senior leaders across government, multinational organisations and Gulf institutions.
He works with directors, heads of function and senior leadership teams to strengthen decision making, leadership capability and strategy execution. His work combines executive coaching, leadership advisory and facilitation, grounded in practical commercial experience as a former Managing Director who built and scaled businesses and led cross-border teams.
At senior level, Alistair focuses on the issues that most directly affect organisational performance: strategy execution, decision quality, leadership-team alignment, stakeholder management, executive communication and conflict resolution. He has facilitated senior leaders across the UK and GCC, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, in complex government, regulated and multinational environments.
His experience includes leadership advisory and executive coaching for PwC GCC; strategy and design-thinking work with the UK Space Agency and Ministry of Defence; leadership and organisational change programmes in the NHS; and senior leadership work with organisations including Honeywell, Siemens and the Saudi Procurement Authority. He is also an expert advisor on commercial viability and strategic alignment for major innovation programmes.
Alistair holds an Executive MBA and an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. His approach draws on evidence-informed coaching, behavioural insight and structured decision-making frameworks. He is practical, commercially grounded and outcome focused, helping senior teams move from discussion to clear decisions and effective execution.
